I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Last month I was under doctors prescription to don´t excersice, this last days I have tried to re take my workout with you so I am very excited for what is comming tomorrow. Thank you for always being here and hope this new year brings you lots of happiness and success

Wonderful stretch for a Sunday rest day first week of STF 4.0 2023! Week 1 officially completed! My left hip is so tight compared to my right hip. Will do this stretch again tonight to get some good rest and loosen up that hip!

Didn't realize how tense I was until we started the first spine stretch and I had a 3 consecutive pops lol awesome stretch, will save this one for later =)

omg the stretch near the end where you pull your arm across your body...you made me realize I've been doing it wrong my entire life! your cue to drop my shoulder...I finally felt something!

Is it okay for my leg to be shaky when we do the hamstring stretch ? The pose where we lay down and hold the leg straight? Both legs are super shaky especially when I pull my toes
