Were the other workouts too difficult?? Workout for Beginners is a great workout if you are just getting started out. This is an excellent full body routine that works all the major muscle groups. It is important to prioritize your health with regular exercise and that is why I continue to do these workouts. Hopefully this one can appeal to people who were previously hesitant to try my other workouts. Try this workout out and make it part of your routine!! You can do this 3x a week, but start slow and listen to your body. If any exercise is too hard, rest or try and modify it and make it work for you. I hope you enjoy this one!! I just did your workout and I killed it! Thank you very much!!! I do not workout all the time, so this workout was perfect for me, I sweated a lot and it feels good!!!!

Michael, please check out my tennis or kids workouts. They all have breaks in between exercises. I like to keep some of my workouts with no breaks in between movements. It may be hard the first couple times, but after that you get the hang of it and burn more calories. Thanks so much for your feedback. Let me know if you like those workouts better 😀

This was a great workout ! I made it 11 mins in that’s how out of shape I am . But if I keep at it I know I can do it ! I’m so happy to hear that!! I highly recommend all the beginner/kids workouts I posted if you’re just starting out. It is best to switch up your workouts to work different muscle groups 💪🏼😀 just followed on ig. Keep up the great work 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m glad you tried my workout for school. I’m sorry you don’t like my intro but it’s important in order to grow the channel to let people know if they like and support me and want to have me keep coming out with new videos to like and subscribe as it helps my algorithm and allows more people to see my videos.
