Okay... here's the thing: I've been overweight since like grade 6 and I'm now 38 years old. I've never enjoyed exercise. I've never been able to be consistent. But when the world shut down at the end of March, I challenged myself to 30 days of exercise. No excuses, every day. My very first workout was "30 minute fat burning home workout for beginners. Achievable, low impact results." by Team Body Project. I loved all the positive reinforcement and the REAL-ness of it. These truly are REAL workouts, with REAL people, and REAL results!! I'm hooked. My cholesterol is down 20 points, my clothes are fitting more loosely, my energy level is high, and I'm sleeping so much better. Thank you so, so much for these workouts. Also, this one was SO FUN! (And I never thought I'd say that about a workout! Ha!)

Yay!!!! Go Amanda!!! I don’t know you personally, but I am rooting for you!!! I am 43 and have struggled with my weight for decades!!! Same situation-I challenged myself for 30 days to workout 30 minutes a day and found BODY PROJECT!!!! Unbelievable the motivation I have from their amazing attitudes of positivity and words of encouragement and LIFE!!!! Daniel and Alex, you are life givers and changing many!!! So inspiring!!!! Never thought in a million years I would ever find a home workout that I would enjoy and actually look forward to doing. These small 10, 20 min workouts are great for me finishing work at home before I get the dinner for the kids. I don't feel intimidated and love that they are low impact.

I am a 60yr old man with a heart condition and have been overweight for most of my life. Approximately 1 year ago I decided to make some big changes to my lifestyle. I quit smoking, adopted a plant based diet, and began a regular fitness regime. You guys have played a massive part in that. I have been following your videos, particularly this one - (I could almost quote the dialogue), and I am happy to report that I have lost a stone in weight and 4 inches off my waistline. Reading down through the messages from people all over the globe I can see that I am not alone in feeling the benefit of the great work you two do. So, thank you. Lakshmi Yes, I have totally overhauled my diet. I am eating between 1000-1200 calories daily. I use the food diary on the FitBit app to aim for 45% carbs, 30% fat and 25% protein.

In 2020 not being able to go to the gym or travel to the beach to surf, I started with Starter Cardio ( you won me right there, not rookie, not beginner, but starter cardio) a year later I was out paddling my 30 year old son ( I'm 68) maybe he needs Starter Cardio! I could paddle harder ( with Alex's voice in my head, now's the time to give it everything you've got! And Daniel's voice It's in there, it's always in there!)), get out faster, lost weight and got back to using my smaller, faster boards. a few months ago I injured my groin, tore a muscle and couldn't walk. After months of rest ( no yoga, no exercise) I am back to slowly building up my stamina. I love this video for the sheer joy of it, your joy reaches out to all of us. I feel so happy to be back to moving my body and know I will slowly build back up the intermediate videos in no time. but for now, I love starting my day with you in this video. It makes me so grateful for my body and its healing powers. thank you!

Alex, Daniel and the entire Team Body project have really changed my life during this quarantine period. I've never been one who enjoys getting dressed daily to go to the gym. Also, working out at home for me was never really interesting as I had no much idea on what to do. Ever since I stumbled on this channel, I have not looked back! The feeling of getting a good workout right in the comfort of my bedroom just keeps me motivated. So far, I have been able to drop 17.7 kg and I've got 10 kg more to go in order to reach my ideal weight of 65kg. I make sure I do at least 1 HIT workout everyday from TBP. Of course, I also cut down on bad foods and incorporated intermittent fasting in order to achieve my current weight. Guys, this channel is everything. I feel the positive energy from you guys and it keeps me going at home. Also, the background music keeps me pumped lol💃🏾. I want to say a huge thank you for making workout fun right in the comfort of our homes. ❤️ TBP rocks 💃🏾.

I discovered Body Project about two months ago when I was getting tired of the same useless social media influencer workouts - and this particular workout has completely changed the way I think about and enjoy exercise. The integration with the music makes this feel more like a dance party, and I have such a great time doing this and using this time to connect with my body. I was born with PCD & have many medical issues that always seem to get in the way of working out. I try gym classes but they are hard to keep up with, my lungs can’t keep up with the fast pace. I love that I discovered Body Project, it is a fun, high cardio but low pace for me. I love seeing all body types & enjoy how the instructors keep a moderate pace while making all moves doable & fun. I find myself able to do cardio 5/6days a week now. Thank you all for making a healthy lifestyle available for me.

I'm a 25 year old who was hiking, doing yoga, and exercising every day prior to getting pregnant for the first time. I had an emergency c section 9 months ago and lost so much hope that I'd ever be able to get my body moving again without pain. I lost so much confidence in myself realizing my body couldn't handle the same high intensity workouts I was used to. But your videos have given me that hope again. I feel you Suzanne! A pregnancy (all the added weight, joints turned to rubber) and a C-section have such an impact on your body... And you have to wait for so long until you can start moving again afterwards. I was a half-marathon runner before my first pregnancy. I'm three years and a hip surgery later, and still not back to my old self. It's very confronting and discouraging at times, but the Body Project guys have the perfect workouts to be moving without hurting your body! You hang in there and keep moving! :)

I completed this routine today and thought it was fun and really did get my heartbeat up. The transitions were a bit confusing so I missed a few reps, but I was good the second and third time through the routines. I appreciate all that Daniel, Alex and the whole Team Body Project team do to help us get fit. I have lost 50 pounds since Jan 1 2020 and it is due, in part, to these videos. I really appreciate the positive vibes that both Daniel and Alex (but especially Daniel) provide to me as I work through the videos. I found TBP about a year and a half ago and at that time was actively working out at home a few nights a week. Joined the team and membership but then got very sick and fell off the band wagon. I love to hike and do other outdoor activities, but in the last 8-10 months I haven’t been working out at home what so ever. . This last week it really hit me, I’m 35 and have gained 5-10 lbs from not being active and probably metab slowing down. Plus diet or lack of. So I picked up at home yoga for the last week and did this video tonight and I feel so good! I found this through a friend, primarily because there's representation in the videos of people who aren't already thin and fit :D It's also really important to me that my workouts understand there *are* things I can't do. Screaming at me to ignore pain and push makes me want to stop. Telling me I can slow down or pause or straight-up march and watch makes me want to keep going.

okay I'm 47yr old retired Marine and I'mma workout fanatic! I run 4-5 half marathons a year & shoot basketball full court 4 days a week for 2-3hrs at the gym WHEN THE WORLD WAS OPEN. But now I've resorted to weights at home and going on 7-9 mile runs. But I miss getting drenched in sweat on the court. I've tried youtube cardio workouts n they're too intense or high impact. I found this today and got a low impact cardio workout that moves at my pace and that I can see myself doing 3-4 times a week! THANK YOU for this pace and versatility!! Yall are AWESOME! Love this workout 💪, I'm 64 it it is just challenging enough to keep me engaged, yet I can finish the workout! I also just recovered from pulling my back out two weeks ago. The workout makes me engage my core, so helpful to avoid future problems.

I Love you guys!!! Dannys power words, and Alex joyful movements!! I love the: "COME ON" "FEEL THE CHANCE JUICE" and the constant reminder of "CORE TIGHT"!! THE BEST is Dannys ending speach while Cool down stretch!! As a person batteling with food addiction and overweight my hole life.. i get emotional!! Love it!! Thank you!!

Since May 2020 280lbs. As of this morning Jan. 29, 2021 down to 226lbs.. lost total of 56lbs. Doing Many diferente KZbin workouts.. but TBP!! My favorite!!

I have been doing your workouts for over a year and they are the best workouts i have ever done. You have both kept me motivated to come back every day. I love both of your energies and you make every workout fun and what i love most is the fact that you are realistic and praise your viewers to do what they can manage and stop when they need to . you guys use new filter? beautiful image and color. Love Alex's legging! and thanks again for the music, it is really motivating!!! and making me want to do workout right now. Thumbs up the magnifcent being of Light! The Team! I love the energy. I have set myself a schedule to do my work outs immidiately when I come from work. It is like coming to watch my favourite soapie of times, the Bold and the Beautiful! I give it my all! have recently joined your sessions at the start of January month. I am glad I did. I am not the one who sweats. Things have changed, I sweat, I am fired up! I am super grateful for the love and determination. You have certainly impacted me all the way from South Africa, Cape Town.

Okay my first time here. Introduced by my in great shape sister, who is a member. While I walk 16km five days a week as a letter carrier, I have trouble losing weight. On weekends I am too lethargic, especially if it is too hot or too cold outside. I really enjoyed this. I was uncoordinated and awkward but had fun. I feel really good after and will be back again. Thank you for letting me try this and a few other workouts before joining. Will keep any other beginners like me who may read my post updated.

Love it love love it. Doing this everyday to try and get my hip strong. Some days I go harder and some (today!) I go easier. Hopefully soon I will go up to two sessions a day 😃

Maybe my favorite BP workout because it always puts a smile on my face. Not the most challenging for me, but great for when I need a slower paced day and a quick yet effective cardio workout. The energy, the music, the positivity - amazing. Can we get a part 2 guys? All the best, your fitness fan in Colorado

I agree with you, the vibe in this one is just so great!! I do it when i don't have a lot of time and it's always super fun to do! The last part with double punch with the music always get me so pumped up!

Hiya, thanks as always. Your workouts are always so helpful and positive. I love doing them and look forward to them. There are so many choices and so you can really mix it up and not over strain different parts of the body - 2 years ago I was so overweight and never thought I'd be able to do anything about it having tried for many years - thanks to help from a group I won't advertise here I have lost 4 stone and started to do exercise I didn't think I'd ever be able to do again. Then I discovered you guys and you have helped me stay at it and I've completed. gold award in fitness just recently. So I've been sharing you guys around - this 57 year old is thankful! (really annoyed with those how put thumbs down - what is that about!!!!) They have choice so get lost if they don't like it!

I've been doing your workouts for the past couple of few months and love them! I've been doing the Noom Weight Management program since January, and you guys are integral part of my workout regimen! I have been loving your workouts lately. I had covid in December, and have had some long haul issues. I was in great shape before that, but I think I will be sticking to low impact workouts now. Today is my birthday, and I had a great workout with the two of you. Thanks!!!

I did this workout for the first time today and loved..loved..loved it!! I have been doing your workouts for a year now faithfully and have seen such a great difference in my body. At 54 going through menopause it's been extremely hard to keep off the weight. With the team body workout team I have been able to get my energy back lose weight feel great and tone up! Your team is the 👌best!
