I love the workouts guys! I will have to do this one today after work. I would also like to say, I love your 20,25 and 30 min full body hitt dumbbell workouts! I would love to see more of these. I keep losing weight thanks to you guys! I appreciate you!

Thank you for including a warm up. I always forget with other You Tube classes. I am a senior who works out regularly, but this was a great Sunday morning routine. I can see I have progressed to heavier weights. Yay for me!!

Love the workout. As an unretired senior I do it twice a week. Then I use my elliptical 3 to 4 times a week as well. Well you are definitely not seniors, I'd like to see a couple of more 25 to 30 minute full body dumbbell workouts specific to seniors. Keep up the good work.😀

Can you please explain for me the difference between this video with no repeats versus doing reps and sets ???. I thought reps/sets were needed to build some muscle. thank you in advance.
