Just what my body needed today. This is perfect for a recovery day. I've started incorporating some of the exercises like spiderman lunges before I run, and it's made my hips feel so much better!

Its been 7 months so idk if this is still useful. This gives you a little sweat and does dynamic stretches. I've heard that's great for pre workout. After workout they recommend static stretches and the spiderman lounges with rotation might be too much if your goal is to wind down in the cool down. For an old fat man like me I do a little warm up before this and this is my mobility workout, lol.
