The love that you guys are open and honest about how your muscles are tighter due to recent exercise, and talking about needing modifications. I find it hard to be motivated when many stretch content creators are way beyond my flexibility.

I enjoy your videos, However I am currently suffering with a bad case of Planter faciatis and heel pad! Any advice or videos on how to workout while having these injuries? I find playing basketball, which I love, makes it worse
