SarahBethYoga i wanted a 20 minute video but this is more than 20 minutes. I’d rather have 5 poses in 20 minutes and really enjoy them than try to cram all of these. Plus, speeding up parts that aren’t necessary isn’t cool.

I love your no-distractions background, your clear directions that enable me follow along without having to watch, and your great catch phrases ("Strengthen, don't strain." Somebody who doesn’t deserve the time it would take me to write his name really hurt me this morning, then i thought i was gonna cry but instead the emotion became anger!! Old me would’ve retaliated but the yogi me (a much improved me!) decided to do a challenging yoga (my family have had a bereavement so I didn’t do challenging yoga practices, I had barely enough time for a quick basic one as I nursed this family member in my home through his last week of life) so I did this yoga video “with” you Sarah Beth and fellow yogis and let the anger be dispersed this way instead. I feel so much better and can deal with anything in a calm healthy manner now ❤❤❤ again Sarah Beth you’re a real help to me and an inspiration 🌻

Hi SarahBeth, this was so relaxing. I am transitioning from doing high impact cardio/hiit/ and strength training to yoga and pilates. My body feels over stressed and burned out. I am amazed at how your yoga videos strengthen and relax at the same time. I love how the breathing goes with every move. I'm learning so much from you. Thank you!

This is me too!! Decided to transition to yoga 3 months ago instead of my high impact HITs and so glad I have. I started with 10 mins a day and now I’m up to 20 mins daily no matter what. Not only is so much less strenuous on my body than HIT but I have also seen my body transform to looking leaner and def more toned and sleeping better also. It’s like my daily medicine!! No going bk now -love it 😍🤩

One of my favorite things about your practices is that the instructions are so clear that I don't have to strain to look at the screen in order to know what to do😊. Also, I've never done flamingo pose before, it was tricky!😥😁💚

Strength and Tone in twenty is another great workout from Sarah Beth! My muscles were burning in the beginning (especially my abs) and then followed up with a great stretch. Thanks for another quick, but great, yoga video Sarah Beth!

Love love LOVED this practice. Ooh, it was tough, and when you said "Now let's work on those poses that will feel really good after all that work", I was like, "I love you, Sarah Beth!" :) This one is going to be a regular until I master it. This is perfect. Great length, and I especially appreciate routines like this that aren’t repetitive. I get frustrated with the type of “flow” videos that repeat the same set of actions over and over, so I appreciate videos like this that are really more fun to do.

Thank you for the video, I loved the length and comments. As a beginner, it didn't feel rushed or too challenging. I feel like this is something I can practice everyday. That pigeon pose though.... I screamed. The hip... It's tougher and tighter than I thought.

By now I've watch quite a few of your videos and at first I didn't want to do it because it was for gym class while online and I've never been a active person but I feel like your videos are the best things that could have happened to me, they encourage me to get moving and continue the rest of my gym day and I thank you for making them.

I love this one! I'm getting back into yoga and the leg lifts (and pigeon pose) are a little hard for me at this point. I like that you mention the modifications. 20 minutes is perfect for when you are limited on time.
