Love this, Larie! These shorter, intense workouts are awesome - I have three young kids, and sometimes 20 mins is all I get to squeeze in. Short, but challenging! Thanks for all the hard work in putting out these workouts! 👊🏼💪🏼

Love these 20 minutes dropset workout💚 I usually do cardio x2 and core x1 which is very challenging and satisfying😆 Look forward to more of these (esp BW only haha)😚

I love your workout videos and have been working out with you for some time. But, why are your videos getting shorter and shorter. I wish you would go back to making 40-45 minutes videos.

You could do a 20 minute workout twice. Also, sometimes I do two different shorter workouts to mix it up. Just saying.
