I loved this routine. I've been doing your classes every day; not a boring day with you. I was so glad for this one as I hurt my back and took two days off....this was awesome without any weights. Perfect!!!! Love, Love , Love it !!!!

So happy you enjoyed Amy! You could either elevate the hands on a bench or chair to decrease the resistance OR if that causes your wrists discomfort perform them lying on your back, hover both feet and take one knee in at a time, either straight towards the chest or at an angle
