I loved this routine. I've been doing your classes every day; not a boring day with you. I was so glad for this one as I hurt my back and took two days off....this was awesome without any weights. Perfect!!!! Love, Love , Love it !!!!

LOVE this workout!! getting better esp'lly the tri-cep dip with toe reach!! couldn't do it at first...now I can!! Thank you so much for your energy & commitment to helping us stay healthy & fit!

First workout in 10 days due to rupturing ovarian cyst...Can't believe how challenging it was just from that little break in fitness. I'm still pooling in sweat. You're my favorite!

So happy you enjoyed Amy! You could either elevate the hands on a bench or chair to decrease the resistance OR if that causes your wrists discomfort perform them lying on your back, hover both feet and take one knee in at a time, either straight towards the chest or at an angle
