I’ve done this hundreds of times in the last few years I keep coming back to it. I’ve written all the combinations down on my own sheet and have added weights and more reps less break for when it starts to feel too easy. I haven’t yet attempted 30 seconds work and 10 second rest though that would be a killer 😅 what is most profoundly amazing about this 20 minute workout is how effective it is. It’s been proven that Tabata is works wonders in our metabolism and our bodies can keep burning fat stores for up to 36 hours after a work out! And it’s FREE. A couple of these a week and you really start to notice the difference 🙌 I’m a big fan.

I absolutely love your workouts, Joe! I can’t find any on KZbin I enjoy more. I also like the traveling aspect of your videos. You make me feel encouraged as a beginner because you also get winded and tired at times and you are super fit! Killer workout. Love what you’re doing and your brand of workout. What would be even better is to please re-edit with a louder beep (which was inaudible for me) and ideally an on screen clock. This will make it MUCH better.

I do this workout every day as I feel it the most intense one for gaining fast bursts that I need for boxing. If your like me and you find the squats and jump squats a little easier then add a 10kg kettelbell and for the running on the spot variations I use two 1kg small weights to add extra resistance.
