Great workout Joe, I've been doing your hiit workouts since August. Between then and Christmas I lost 2 stone. Lost my way a bit but managed to keep my weight down. Thanks so much for the inspiration 😀

Thank you, Joe. I've never been able to get into the groove of home-exercising and usually mtb, run and swim, but in lockdown you have changed this. New routine, HIIT 5 times a week, have lost 1/2 stone and am feeling great - all since lockdown! Thank you for keeping me sane!

Been doing Joes workouts since lockdown but never advanced. Had to change lunge jumps to reverse lunges half way through but just about managed to get to the end. Anyone with a chronic illness, do not give up!!

Absolutely love these work outs! Did them a lot during the Corona break - and when I returned to my regular kick boxing classes, they suddenly seemed like a piece of cake 😂. Thank you so much and please do more of these super-tough ones please!!!

Loved that, absolutely exhausting, love the mix of moves and the 'call out' changes to be so unpredictable, means I worked harder in between rather than counting steps/moves. Had to move from jumping lunges to reverse lunges, aim to repeat this one til I can do it fully!!

Love how this one gets all major muscle groups. I still think the 25 min Cardio & Legs Blaster is the most advanced of all you've done, but this is a good second for me on difficulty level.

Was beat half way thru last set but a proper workout! Like the fact you chuck in moves within the exercises. Breaks it up a little bit works more muscles 👍🏼👍🏼
