Using this as a warm up for the gym is not a smart idea though, almost passed out halfway through my program and had to cut it short 😭🤣 I keep coming back to this challenge specifically !!! I love it 💪🏽

I dont think I'm ready for this but ima work on getting there! Looks like a killer workout. For now I'll practice 30 mins of regular burpees 5x week and maybe after 2 weeks I can try this version. Wish me luck.

Hard as nails, loved it! Really appreciate Joe's adaptation during the exercises as well, taking care of particular muscle groups i.e.. hip flexor during one legged burpeeees. My only feedback (take it or leave it) is to take on more complex burbeeeeees at the start rather than the end. Excellent as always through, thanks for sharing.

Amazing. Totally challenged me. I have problems with the tucking my head in as I get vertigo. Try to show us what is coming before hand so I don't have to miss the 1st 1 or 2 as an example. I look forward to my pain tomorrow :)

This is a great workout dude. If you improve on your breathing technique and change the pattern, you'll notice a significant improvement in your burpee endurance and in maintaining a proper form. Keep it up 💪

Done! But if u want a more intense workout I would recommend adding a full chest to floor burpee on just about each exercise and when doing the jacks like add in the arms too! That's wot I did! Brilliant!
