Hello.I suffer from distraction and my mind cannot think about the present moment, but rather it thinks about everything. I cannot concentrate while studying... because of daydreaming... and constant imagination. I hope whoever sees my comment will help me.

The mind wanders, it's what it does. You, or no one else, can stop that: what you can do is acknowledge the thoughts/feelings that distract you without hanging on to them. Focus on the breathing and come back in the here and now, your meditation practice will benefit from it.🕉

How do you avoid labelling.... Any sounds or feeling in the body I always label? Tension, bird song. What do you mean without judgement.... Sounds very American. Next you'll be saying you're out to find yourself.

When a baby hears a bird singing, they don’t think “bird”. They just notice the sound and are curious about it. This experience is what noticing without judgement feels like.

They all say "without judgement", regardless of country. If you want to label, go ahead and label. No one is judging you.

The emphasis is always on breath (of course), then the senses of touch and hearing - but never vision. Why is this? I can easily fall into a near-trance just staring at a landscape or picture. One of the most relaxing things I ever saw was a projection of dolphins swimming (this was in a doctor´s office) - I became completely absorbed in it. Next time I am going to try not closing my eyes, but focusing on the image provided. For this purpose it would be nice if the 'hour glass' with the numbers counting down were in a corner, not in the middle of the screen. Otherwise I really enjoy these meditations.

If it works for you, then great. But vision is probably the most stimulating sense. Personally, just from closing my eyes, and resting my palms over them, reduces my stress and calming me down.

To practice mindfulness you can use the image with the counter. The challenge would be to not attach yourself to the movement you’re seeing on the screen.
