Any thought about making a slightly longer version of this, like 30 mins? It's nice to have meditations of various lengths, and this particular one I find to be very powerful.

The voice...the silence....the calmness..... no distracting music. This is absolutely the best guided meditation I've found. Thank you! I'd also like a 30 minute version.

Hi I’ve been doing guided meditations daily for over ten years. I loved this. Your word choices for clearing the mind were perfect. I’m always looking for good body scans and this fit the bill. Soothing tone of voice too. My only complaint, why the abrupt ending? Usually a slow process of coming out of it is so much more peaceful than “Hey Get Up” haha. All jokes aside, its on my permanent playlist thanks!

Fr, this feels like real meditation. The other stuff feels so gimmicky to me now. There are so lany like that and so few teachers like him because it doesn't appeal to the masses. Oh well, this page has been a huge tool for me and has taken my practice to the next level. Thanks so much, this guys is awesome. And the way he comes back on annnnnd.. makes it so I don't get startled. Love it!

I love this meditation. I find most guided meditations don't really resonate with me - but I do this one daily. Really well paced and I think the I instructions at the beginning are a really great way of easing into it. I have been meditating for years and generally do my own thing - but this one keeps drawing me back. I have shared it with several people as well. Thank you for creating it!

That was really good. I actually liked that there was no background music. That’s a first and I was able to actually relax even more without the soothing music. I’ll be using this meditation regularly. Awesome!

If you're able to stay alert (unless your intention is to fall asleep) then practicing lying down is fine! I only recommend sitting to stay alert and present with the practice.

This is a way to improve the relationship with the objective world and strive for freedom by transforming the subjective world. Its core is to transform knowledge into wisdom. Consciousness-only thinking uses eight consciousnesses to explain the structure of mind consciousness. The main function of the first six consciousnesses is cognition; the seventh and last consciousness is also called ego consciousness, which is the source of all troubles, so this consciousness answers the fundamental question of life and death in reincarnation. The eighth alaya is the mind body. It is the reason for the existence of life, the source of the continuous karmic cycle, and the source of the realization of the world’s dharmas, because the alaya is a kilesas, and the all dhammas manifested by it are also vain. You persist in feeling driven by inner peace,living environment does not indeed relied on signs.
