I appreciate you shorter workouts. I have MS. There are many days I am unable to do more than 20 or 30 minutes but with ones like this, I feel like I did my body good! Thanks for your explicit instructions and modifications. Today, I could do all but the burpees so I did lunges instead. You have a new subscriber.

Hi Amy, i have been following your workouts from past few months, and i really appreciate the way you give options in different exercises for all category people be it beginners, moderate levels and advance levels. And your exercise videos are so doable and i feel like working out everyday. Love your workouts I’ve been doing them for quite sometime now. As a busy mom with lots of kids your 20 min ones are just the perfect amount of time. Thanks for all the great advice you give during your workouts on modifying.

Really good workout (not too knee intense, which as I often comment is my weak point) and a nice length, this is one of I stick in after a days of doing your even longer ones (including one of your 50s last night). Wouldn't mind seeing a 30ish minute version of this sort of without.

such a great workout, this was the only one where you didn't have the timer showing. It really helps to have that to know when you start and finish each exercise.

Thank You So Much for this video. Instead of puting dislikes, be greatful that you ran into something encouraging and educating (message for people who push dislike button, make effort to try or just skip). This woman does it with all her knowledge and she puts heart in her work, for you, for free. At least you can try. I did try her work out in my pregnancy and here we are. Me and almost 3yo little boy, doing it together, or not, but I am better person after doing this, her workout. Tnx!

Amy....suggestion....Can you put a timer in the corner showing timing of the exercises...ex. if 45 sec show when we start and when we finish....sometimes not clear when you are talking....Thanks so much.
