I've done yoga for 3.5 years now and decided to start pilates because l wasn't getting the "workout" l needed anymore. Even "power yoga" wasn't cutting it. Now that l started pilates I've begun to work/use/strengthen areas of my body l wasn't even aware of hahahaha. I've decided to use your workouts as an introduction to pilates. I like your style.
