Thank you Margaret for your videos. I try and do a video everyday 🤞🏼 They are great for my mental health! I can’t believe how tight my legs are. I struggle to straighten them at all. I have to bend them all the time during the workouts 🤦🏽‍♀️

Bend them for as long as you need to! It takes time to build up the strength and flexibility!! Just keep going!

Back at it after a long weekend. So good!! I struggle to keep my leg straight when we have to lift them up while being on my back. Is that a leg flexibility thing?

It’s super common!! It can be a flexibility thing but also being tight through the back of the leg & hip flexors! Give it time, and work with the knees bent for as long as you need to!

I have heard good things about Aero Pilates machines - but haven't used any myself, so I can't really recommend them!

What does the roll do ? The seesaw motion ?

It’s all about precision and control on any kind of rolling movement, focusing on rolling down in the same spot and going up with core control so that you could pause at the top. Finding the sweet spot of momentum so you don’t roll too far back or up! Also a bit of a back opener!

I don't know how you did this with a claw in your hair. I love wearing them but it gets in the way. Jealous for sure. Your hair looks great btw.

Beginner mistake: don’t do this when you just managed to settle your acid reflux bc it’ll trigger it 😭😂
