Margaret, this was lovely. I have followed you since 2021 doing your strength workouts and learning lots from your vlogs reflecting on the Pilates industry, but never did a mat class as I was doing in-person Reformer classes where I lived. This is my first mat class with you as I am recovering from Covid with nearly every workout driving me back into flu and fatigue. It is one of the few mat classes I have done that does not aggravate any of my pre Covid joint injuries, while providing a bit of a challenge. This class is so sustainable, thank you for your extensive library of videos, I am looking forward to trying out more of your mat Pilates classes to explore what else might be possible on the mat. Have a wonderful rest of 2023.

Wow! 100% right there with you on how sweaty I was with this workout. Ever since having my first baby...it's been really hard to get back to being as active as I was before so this was pretty challenging. Let me just say being away from working out consistently has really taken a toll on my strength. This made me feel so strong (yet shaky) and as I was finishing up-I couldn't help but feel so emotional! I'm so proud of myself for completing this and really feeling like a bit of my old self again. Keep up the great work Margaret ☺️

This was a great workout! 💪 My hips were hurting when we were on the side - is that part of the workout or should my hips not hurt that bad laying like that or was I laying wrong? I’m new to Pilates!

If you're on your side, more than likely you'll feel stuff happening through the top hip! We're recruiting a tiny stabilizing muscle there which is why it fatigues quickly - if anything is hurting in a painful way, always stop, readjust and if it's consistently painful it would be wise to talk to a doctor. More than likely it was just muscle fatigue on this one, and yes that is normal!
