If you are experiencing a challenging or strong emotion, such as stress, anxiety, anger, or fear, it can be difficult to hear the signals from within. Today’s meditation is a gentle reminder to come home to yourself and connect with yourself with compassion and care. Meditation practice is often about starting over-as many times as you need!
When the noise of the outside world is too loud, it can drown out the messages from our own heart. By taking this time for yourself today, you can begin to listen inward so you can be more present and responsive when listening outward.

Some days it’s really hard. I can’t even imagine how different it must feel to have been loved as a child. I’m grateful I was able to love my child, not follow in my parents footsteps. ❤️💕❤️

Did this meditation in a hot bath and every time you asked me to feel or listen to my heart I teared up. My heart wants me to love me and to stop loving other people who don’t feel the same. Thank you for this meditation

I've been listening to these for couple years and life is only gotten worse. I pray. Journal, read Bible. Help others. Now. my lovely dog and companion Faithie passed. My living environment and workplace is undesirable. I moved recently to SC from WI. Southern Hospitality here is a big joke. I've tried to keep loving on others. Yet I can no longer

Found inner heart connection hard today.I found what seemed like a void ....no heart energy generated to flow around my body.... It my heart was a car it feels like it needs jump leads

That was amazing thank you, for helping me find my self. My heart wanted to tell me it wanted me to love and show love but more than anything it wanted me to love myself and tears were pouring down. It kept telling me I love you, I love you, you can love too 😭 So if you’re reading this I love you ❤️

I love your voice. However, as I try to connect, you continue to talk. You leave no space for self introspection. Consider longer pauses between your questions.

after having a long day I took a nice shower in this evening and came to bed and started listen to this... Oh... I guess around 12 minutes I completely fell asleep deeply. It's sunny + windy outside. This meditation and tropical weather felt like heavenly... I should listen to this again at night to find my truest self! Thank you so much! I'm so grateful for this! 😇✨

This is such a beautiful practice. Connecting with the self is definitely the first step towards letting go of difficult emotions and showing yourself compassion. I like the idea of this meditation. I have gotten a lot from it. However, you do not actually give time to explore. You just keep talking it actually pulls my attention away because eyou speak so often. Could you make it again but give like 5 minutes of silence?????

Wow. I had no idea how much pain I'm in. I was diagnosed with PTSD more than a year ago, we're still investigating. They say mindfulness and yoga are the best treatment for trauma. During this, I felt tight muscle pain in my shoulders, then arms. When she asked to come back to my breath, it was so shallow, I was hardly breathing at all. I couldn't feel my heart. All the scans she asked for told me my body is messed up. I also think this meditation is going to help me a lot. Whew. Now I have to stand up and go about my day. Wish me luck.

I think this is simply the best. I have gone into a deep peace and trance and feel the energy In my whole mind and body .i feel my hands being raised and i cannot feel anything and my hands are drawn to various parts of my body. And I am like this even after the meditation is over. And there Is a total peace in me. And I am drawing certain things to myself like answers to questions or being guided away from people that are not positive. And each day is planned the way it should be as I let go and allow the day to take its course . And feeling very happy Thank you very much Sarah as always I leave my gratitude and blessings with you.

Beautiful, thank you, this was exactly what I needed today. I have been sad the last couple days, ungrounded. But a good sad, if that makes sense. I knew needed to slow down and take the time to reconnect with my inner and true self. This meditation really helped me do that. ❤️
