20 Minute Post Run/Walk Sequence

I had a request for a post run sequence, so here it is! We will try to find some length in the fascia (connective tissue) that runs into, around, and through the hips. The connective tissue covers every bone, muscles, ligament, tendon, etc... of the body, so imagine how much of it is there is in this region when the hips have over 23 muscles, ligaments, and tendons running into and through them!!!! Oh yeah, and then there are the muscles themselves. Well, whether you have not been active at all (Wintertime in general for most) or if you've been out running around - this would be a great way to get into those hippies of yours and give them some good good love!
