You've probably heard me mention taking Spontaneous Savasanas. I have tried to bring this practice into my weeks on a regular basis. When I walk in with the laundry, before putting it away - I set my timer for 5-20 minutes and lie down in Savasana. Feeling stressed out? I set my timer and lie down for 5 minutes. Tired? Same. Sometimes even when I am feeling just fine, I do this to Rest. Such an important part of our health that has been lost in today's busy grindstone culture. I chose to break this one down with the help of props, but even if you don't have any... you could still do this practice on your back and I bet you feel more rested on the other side.
