I had my 3rd baby 16 months ago. Even though I'm farther out, I'm finally easing back into regular exercise, so I love all of Amy's postnatal videos! I started several weeks ago with the core workouts to strengthen my core first, and now I'm trying this one. I love it! Amy is so right that I don't want to do a lot of jumping up and down while I'm still nursing! LOL! So this is perfect for me to get back into it at my own pace and with what is comfortable for my body. And it's a lot easier for me to squeeze 20 minutes in than an hour. Love this! Thanks Amy!

7 weeks pp. I've been doing some gentle exercises and going for walks, but super happy with myself for managing to make it through this work out doing mainly the hardest options! I'm way, way postpartum (more than 9yrs), but I had diastasis recti, and if my back is ever sore I still come straight back to your post-natal videos. I woke up in severe back pain, I've been struggling w/for days. Doing your 18 minute diastasis recti video I felt much better, so I decided to follow that with this, and I feel as better than I've felt in a week. So even though I've done a lot of exercise since my daughter was born, your post-natal videos still do wonders if my back is sore. Thank you!!!

So sooo glad I found this. I had my second baby 17 weeks ago back in November and I've been a stay at home mom for 3 years almost. I am definitely out of shape, but lacking in time and motivation or energy to get my old body back. Everything I kept finding seemed too advanced for me to start off with and honestly made me feel even worse to see women at only 8 weeks post partum doing way more intense exercises. This was a perfect start off for me to help me get back into the groove of things. Your encouraging words made me feel even better (the knowing baby may already be crying, that ANY exercise is better than none and is success!!!) I seriously thank you for making me feel like less of a blob and a failure this morning. You helped me have the patience and understanding that I needed to give myself today. Love Amy! I'm 5 months postpartum and had a c-section for my twins. I did Amy's prenatal workouts throughout my pregnancy and love her postpartum stuff. She gives me a great workout without trying to cram too much into 20 minutes. She keeps it safe and effective. I added 1lb hand weights & 1lb ankle weights to this one to make it more challenging 💪

Thank you so much for this video! I had complications during my delivery and had a massive surgery and a long recovery. Went from a fit 30 year old to really weak and unfit. I have dont this workout multiple times, and I love that I can adjust the exercises to where I am at

I did your prenatal workout nearly every day till week 32 when I had to stop, now coming back for the postnatal workout. As an overweight person it's challenging but not to hard. I lost all my weightgain from pregnancy after 4 weeks, now heading to reduce the overweight from before pregnany. Thanks for your great workouts

I am so glad I found your channel, and most especially your postnatal workouts. I am 4 months postpartum with my 2nd and this workout is perfect for me! I love how you have 3 levels for every move you do. The way you are so positive about being healthy and going at your own pace after pregnancy is very refreshing. Also, my toddler loves doing the workout with me. It's become a fun part of our morning routine.

How is it going? I'm 9 weeks pp right now and my arms have never seen so flabby haha. After my first 2 I lost weight so easily, but after #3 I had a pretty bad prolapse so my recovery and exercise regimen was very different. I never lost all the weight. Then I had #4 and was at my highest weight ever. Learning to feel comfortable in my current skin while working to shed 2 pregnancies of weight haha.

Felt soo good at 11 weeks post parum. Lots of squats but also lots of rest, so I could do it. I have not beem using glutes or hip flexors enough. This was great! Really got the heart rate up. Be sure to take 5 minutes and do some of your own stretches. Left hip got super tight whixh I believe is because I did not take time to stretch
