Had a csection due to preeclampsia and lost the baby last year july. Got pregnant barely 6months post csection was put on bed rest but did your workouts from week 12 to 36weeks had my baby boy 38weeks and healed fast. I'm happy to go back to your pp exercise 5weeks post csection.

You'd be SURPRISED to see and feel how different simple "Asana" stretches would have you feeling. Don't stop, slow and steady wins the race. ❤ And each of us needs to stay nice, healthy and steady for our new babies AND OURSELVES. Warm and encouraging love going your way! You can heal your body!! ❤

I finally gained the mental strength to work out 1 year PP and this was the first video I came across. I love that you start on the floor and by the end I’m breaking a sweat. I cried so hard once I finished because i finally made it through a workout and I feel so good. I will be continuing this for the next month or so , including one or two other videos of yours. Thank you so so so much for doing what you do. I’m sure I’m not the first mama to say that you make a difference in the PP period and the stigma against giving your body time to bounce back. Such a great workout! I'm almost 6 years post-partum, and I love how your workouts are great for all post-partum moms, no matter how long ago they had their babies! :). Being mindful of my core is something I like to have reminders about during workouts, and your exercises do just that!

Hey, these exercises are incredible! Yes, I’ve noticed a difference, but along with the workouts, it’s important to maintain a balanced diet. My tummy is definitely flatter compared to when I first started.

I liked this quick workout! I would suggest more consistency when explaining exercises because some were left out and I did lunges on just one leg and had to go back to do the rest when i realized we weren't doing the other side haha 😅 no biggie but just a tip. Thank you so much for this!

I love your workouts! I am 15 months PP and have come back to your workouts time and time again! They are great! I’m wondering if This is normal, I have been working out almost daily since I was cleared and I still feel like my stomach is weak unless I flex it. I guess the only way to explain it is it feels spongy internally. Will this ever go away? I figured by this time I would be back to normal!
