I wish I could explain how much I love your videos. I am 3.5 months postpartum after years of recurring miscarriages and wanted to start working out daily for myself and so I can be healthy and fit enough to play with and chase around my little miracle. Currently on day 18 out of the 28-day challenge and I always feel so empowered after a session.💛💛

Exactly what I needed today. I'm almost 4 months pp and it's been hard to prioritize getting back into exercising for my health. I followed all your pregnancy workouts and birth prep, and gave birth unmedicated and with a minor first degree tear. Andddd you made me cry at the end ❤ I worked out with you this last pregnancy. I am 8 months PP and have kept up with you throughout my recovery. The older ive gotten the harder it’s become to bounce back not physically but mentally. I appreciate everything you offer and your kind reminders brighten my day.

Hi Jess, I just wanted to double check with you the formula for weightloss during breastfeeding from your ebook. My maintenance kcal intake is 1680, adding 460 for 23 oz of milk which is 2140, and then I subtract how much exactly?? This is where Im lost a bit, it seems the range between 500-1000kcal to subtract is pretty big. Can you please help out? Thanks!
