I've been practicing yoga for years and have never been able to successfully get into and sustain a crow pose....UNTIL NOW! I've done your 5-day challenge but I turned it into a 5-week challenge (did each video every day for one week) and I'm so overjoyed to be able to do a crow pose! YES! Thank you, Chelsea. 🙏

Is this exercise series about core or arm balance? I don't do yoga but I do core exercises and these were quite easy for me. Do u have a series about some challenging core exercises?

WOW, 0:32 your fingers are in a 90 degree angle to your palm? I can only achieve like a 10 degree angle
