I really like the short kundalini yoga videos. Sometimes I’m so tired and it’s so easy to skip yoga but when I do my body doesn’t feel good and one day easily turns into a week but having a shorter video as an option is amazing xxx

Brett was my intro to kundalini yoga too! After dozens of other videos from other instructors, this is my first time back to Brett, and I had the biggest explosion of energy that I've ever experienced doing kundalini yoga. Thank you for that amazing morning pick-me-up Brett!

I love kundalini yoga. Started during quarantine, and it’s changed so much for me. I’m now an energy healer (was a retail worker with a horrible boss). I stopped due to life just being crazy. Coming back to it now and I feel amazing again. Thank you so much for all your videos and classes 🙏 it’s absolutely transformed my life

Started Kundalini a few yrs back, it was life changing.. after taking time off to heal 7 broken bones(yeah, 3pins in my right leg, 5 broken ribs, sternum... I'm good as new) I found it difficult to get back into it... This is a little bit of everything and I can do it... Thank you

My intuition told me to do kundalini yoga after I had an energy body awakening a few years back. I had tried yoga maybe once before. I was always a Pilates girl. But this practice is really amazing. I feel purified and energized by it. The way you teach is easy to follow along and not difficult at all in short bursts although this body still has trouble bending in some ways. Hopefully with continued practice it will help move some stagnant energy in my sacral region. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for this! I don't do the hard-core kundalini anymore, it's too hard on my body. But I received the benefits from this practice in a way that feels vigorous yet not going over that edge where intensity and injury intersect. Especially appreciated the leg-lift modification for firing up the core. Sat nam!

Just wanted to express sincere gratitude on what you’re teaching. It’s interesting; I had a knee injury and was forced to slow down a bit in life (life is always go, go, as a mama who works full-time) and it was probably the best thing that happened to me. But this isn’t about me, it’s really about teaching all of us about this intense and beautiful power within and I’m just so very grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Brett! Sending back love and peace to you as well 🙏❤️

Thank you for leading a short but potent practice. My only feedback would be to consider using these opportunities to teach other about the ancient and traditional practices. I have done Kundalini so I know what SatNam means - but I found myself curious on what the opening mantra meant. Too often I feel these ancient teachings are being regurgitated but not taught with integrity. We must pay respect to those who came before us and use the wisdom to connect to the practice on a deeper level. Just a loving suggestion as you've built a wonderful platform through your hard work and have an even bigger opportunity to impact in front of you. Many blessings to you xo

i have done a hybrid version of this yoga in Buti Yoga but became so frustrated with myself and my inability to do certain advanced moves. I did not feel ANY of that frustration and found myself being kinder to myself and my body as it has aged and gotten 15 lbs heavier in the last two years. THIS was exactly what I needed ... following and subscribing!

Hey xxx love this class thank you 🥰 I have just been on a break from a ten year kundalini obsession that brought me so much joy xxx but there was something annoying me too. This last couple of years I have been paying more attention to mantras and word meanings regardless of language and I can not help but think and feel that Sat Nam could be the problem x Sat is also in Satan x Im just saying and I have a horrible feeling that the kundalini practice may have been mined by people wanting to place elements of hindrance and obstruction to hold back full awakenings through yoga. Yoga is also frustrating and can lead to a brick body if the flow is lost. we want constant, fulfilling flow that teaches us and cleanses us. if flow is obstructed by practice it can become annoying. I have adhd now and struggle with flow without practice, so at the moment because yoga is quite regimented, I use classes as guidance to stop being completely irratic and introduce extra fow elements which seems to work. Anyway I just want to share my fears about sat nam (devil is me) with the kundalini community and keep practicing but beware of mining and obstructive planting of bad mantras through the years. We can totally feel free and have flow with all the yoga, and this is a good time to take an intelligent look at what we actually miss and what we crave. big love xxxx
