Today we are doing a 20-minute pregnancy strength workout with dumbbells for a STRONG PREGNANCY! I used 2 10 lbs dumbbells, but use a weight that feels good for you or grab filled water bottles or cans of beans! Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester.

Found your channel when I had GD diabetes with baby #3 and was diet/exercise controlled the rest of my pregnancy. Now I’m 18 weeks with baby #4 and trying to avoid GD and just have a healthier pregnancy overall. I appreciate all your videos so much and love the new status tracker in the top right corner! Thank you for all your hard work! You have helped me and so many other mamas!

I am about 2 months in. I did this workout for the first time I only got through 6 mins but I will build myself up to finish it slowly but surely. But it felt so good. I had work before this so idk wanna burn myself out. Know my limits but so happy you posted this. Thank you. Inspiring.

I’m 16 weeks with baby #1. This was a good workout, and the stretch at the end was a great way to finish. My body is feeling good after this.

I was doing pilates 3 times a week before falling pregnant with my 5. My core was finally healthy and strong again. First trimester had me at a standstill with excersise and I felt really despondent after all the hard work I put into getting back into shape. Then I came across your channel!! Thank you!! Finally feel like it's possible to not entirely loose my hard work throughout my pregnancy. ❤

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my 10pounds dumbells start to feel to heavy 😔. I Saw many changes this week, i feel more tired and weak but i keep working out as much as i Can and, who knows, maybe tomorrow i'll be in a better shape. Anyway thank you for your amazing work and your kidness, you're on my side since thé beginning of my pregnancy and you've been a great help.

33 weeks pregnant and I love your channel. The bear hover pumping at the end was tough, but I told myself that I have to be able to do this because I'm preparing for a birth which will be much harder so I did it, not stopped😊 the funny thing for me is that how much my balance is struggling at the lounges😅 my big baby belly is definitely disturbing my used to be good balancing skills 😅

Wow. This workout was so wonderful! I’ve been wasting time and money with EveryMother and their BS workouts. This is a MUCH better option with a much more helpful instructor. I’m convinced and subscribed!

I love love your workouts, but please make some easy workouts for 3rd trimester considering belly size. I have been active and even some of these were hard (like planks and even the wind chill wipers bc my huge belly is literally in the way 😅) The standing weight workouts are awesome. I'm not a beginner but the size of my belly and new gained weight does limit my movements :) hehe. Love your channel!!

LOVE THIS ONE!! perfect exercises, could you make one that is longer? or repeats some of the moves with squats, lunges and maybe add some side lunges?? would love this as an everyday workout while im preg, currently 25 weeks and want to strengthen with all the important movements!! Nice workout. Just wish the strength part could have been at least 30 mins. I think I burned a total of 95 calories. I think I would need to double this one on top of another one to hit my activity goal.

Great workout, however, 37 weeks here and side planks and leg lifts are simply impossible, belly is too heavy and hurts.

Agreed! I am 31 weeks and felt it was impossible, too. They are also too activating on the core which doesn't feel right.

I liked this workout a lot minus all the side planks and lunges. Not great for trying to balance with a baby bump.
