Thank you so much for all you do for pregnant and post-partum moms. We lost a baby at 34 weeks last year, but God blessed us with another pregnancy this year. I had a few struggles with my blood sugar and your tips for gestational diabetes (especially the nighttime shake) were so helpful. I've been using your workouts to keep in shape and prepare for delivery. Monday, at 38 weeks, our little boy was born. It was a 6-hour labor and the baby is healthy (although small). We are so thankful to God for His goodness. I prayed for your family too after your last personal update. My heart goes out to you. Thank you for all you do for us even as you bravely face your own struggles. Sorry this is so long. Just wanted to let you know you are appreciated!

I have been feeling so crappy this first trimester. I am exhausted beyond belief and nauseas but I just did this workout and walked my dog for an hour and I feel like this is the most energy I've had in a couple months! Thank you so much

You’re work outs are so great. I’m in my first trimester and normally very active but have felt SO sick and haven’t been doing my regular workouts. These have been so great to ease back in. They make me feel amazing.

Love it! These workouts have been amazing and my favorite! My only suggestion - on the cool down and stretch, even on the ones that you don’t talk on, it may be beneficial to still have clues for when to switch, as it can be difficult in some positions to make sure you switch because the screen isn’t in sight.

My personal opinion is I prefer you talk through the workouts because there was one workout I did not get and could have used some feedback. Also its nice when you talk because you do reminders to keep your hips stable etc and it helps me catch myself when I am being unstable. Love your videos!!! ❤❤❤

So glad I came across this video. My usual prenatal workout was canceled, and instead of giving up I decided to find one to do on youtube. I had to modify a few moves to make it right for my body and feel like I got a good workout.

Loved this workout! My lower back got tuckered out during the arm workout so I finished that section sitting on my ball. Just love this channel!

Thank you! A lot of the moves felt like I am back in ballet class (something I am missing like crazy!). I am in my second trimester and the pace was perfect. I did not feel like it was too much for me to handle, but it felt like I got a workout in nevertheless. (I was not extremely fit before pregnancy but I did workout 2-3 times a week for 30min. Now I am doing this type of workout twice a week and walking my dog on other days...and eating a lot of fruit which I crave constantly). Thanks again!

❤❤ so good to hear that your tiredness got better in the second trimester! I’m almost there and oh man I have never experienced the level of fatigue/tiredness that I have had in the first trimester. It’s insane how tired it makes some ppl! This is my first pregnancy and I’m hoping the second trimester gives me more energy! I was working out every day until the fatigue and it’s so hard to push myself

Just a thank you for all your videos. Had some bleeding in my first trimester so I had to stop working out. Once I got the all clear to start again I realized I was suddenly afraid and unsure of which exercises were safe (first child). These workouts have helped me both mentally and physically.

Thank you thank you... I am so grateful for workout.. I am two months pregnant.. because of bloating it seems like 6 month.. I fart a lot during exercise ❤️😂😂 I needed it... Thank you

Thank you for this great exercise. The stand up exercises were a lot better for me. I did not like some of the sitting ones especially the one to lift yourself on the side. It would be great to create only stand up ones.

Thought this one was excellent! Only wish that a few of those moves had included a picture of a modification for us third trimester folk haha

in 5 th month and yes I love this excercise. though after 8-10 min i usually give up...bcoz my back and whole body starting losing out. plz tell ways to improve 🙏

I really liked the work out but missed your voice guiding me as i can’t see the text on the screen and really needed support for modifications and how to protect baby and myself in some of the challenging exercises.

Thank you for the exercise. It’ll be much better if you talk about the exercise that you are doing, or give a longer bell if you want to change the movement. Because when im doing a movement, i cant always see the screen all the time and missed to start a new movement as the video does. Thank you

This was wonderful, but I prefer your voice commands over just music. It was difficult for me to do the upper body workout. Are there any videos for strengthening wrists? Thank you
