Early this morning in the uk! Doors opened wide in my room letting in air and sunshine ☀️ birds singing was the music and Qigong! I can’t imagine not having this in my life. Thank you for being a good teacher and giving your teaching so freely to us all. What a special gift to us all. I feel amazing right now. 🙏🏻🌺

Hello I just started watching your videos and I'm enjoying this practice. I'd like to suggest to do the recording without zooming in and zooming out. Just do the cuts wherever you want and put together the video. This will help to have a nicer and cleaner video, the zooming distracts too much and I cannot concentrate in the practice. Best, Eriko

Hola maestro de chile .estoy haciendo los ejercicios mis hombros y mis brazos meduelen y eso es bueno esta n funcionando y el tronco sostiene mejor la columna lo unico que mis rodillas le faltan aceite me suenan gracias con mucho amor .,a las energias del portal 555 los senti de la nuca al termino de mi columna y 2 mas que la resisti se me nublo la vista gracias por estar entregando sus ejercicios al mundo
