Hello I have balance issues to a compression fracture and I intend to follow your each & every trial exercise i have saved many of them & shared some which would benefit my friends Thank U So Very Very Muchi have weakness in my lower legs due tonthe balance issues THANK YOU😊

It's Fri Sept 22/2023 6:24am and i just did this routine and i feel relaxed and peaceful. Im so thankful your video came up. This will be my mrg exercise. Namaste peace and blessings.

Learning each practice... hands together ...Yin Yang...never thought it like that... only breathing now from nose...PDCO dryes mouth... much harder..but now ihave mouth wet...lol....TY Brother

I'm 26 years old and only discovered qigong recently, and these practices as well as meditations has been such a relief for me, I can feel the energy coming through the body and relaxing the mind at the same time. My Aunt told of this routine/practice a yr ago while I was still practicing yoga, as she started this routine. I am having some issues with my right hand, wrist, elbow & shoulder now, for about 2 wks & have seen a sports medicine doctor recently. I suffer from arthritis in both my hips & was told couple of days ago that I have arthritis in my right hand :( I enjoyed this routine & plan on doing this hopefully 2-3 days a week. Giving you thanks.

Standing on one leg can be challenging. I like these tests. Two feet one foot. Oh my im getting old. Clockwise. Ah thankyou refreshing all the cells.
