Have you ever had the feeling that you are lost in your head? Or like your head is in the clouds? Or as if you are disconnected from yourselves and your surroundings? I know I have. When this happens, I can use some grounding to bring my feet back down to earth and reconnect with myself!
The life we live in can be hectic at times. And sometimes our typical meditation practices might not help with these times of energetic disconnect. Today’s meditation will help you get grounded. It will help you to re-connect with your body, bringing awareness to what you are feeling at this moment, moving energy to where you need it, simply with your awareness.

Thank you for this excellent meditation. It has totally relaxed me. I’m now meditating twice a day-before getting out of bed and after my evening shower - and my heart rate has dropped to low 60s again. Plus, I am less reactive and a nicer person since starting meditation. Yours are definitely my top guided meditations.

Body scan meditations (as I've learned...) are important in treating chronic pain (as you echoed!) Some meditations are dull, but never yours. You are my fallback plan. Another way I ground is to go barefoot in the morning as I do all my chores. Thanks!!

Thank you for this, I have been so concentrating on what is next, what i didn't do, what I should have would have, could have done, that I was never staying in the moment and it is causing me to feel extremely overwhelemed this meditation is briging me back to the moment, and helping me to stay greatful, God bless you and keep dong what you are doing to bring peace and calmness♥❤✌

I found this of some help this early morning. I have much chronic nerve pain . It is difficult to stay grounded... I’ve lived life much in out of body and retrain my brain to connect is a challenge with loud inner chatter and body discomfort. Breathing is so key as is no judgement and gentle bring myself back...knowing I’m safe

This was amazing, thank you. I was deeply relaxed during this, but the moment I opened my eyes I felt refreshed, energized, and clear. I have terrible anxiety and my mind gets clogged easily with stressful and intrusive thoughts, but I've found that taking time to ground down into my body and the true sensations that occur, brings clarity to the mess in my mind.

Maybe it’s just not what helps you, we all have different things that help us. You are not broken, maybe you just need something else to help. You will find it, some days these help for me some days It doesn’t help at all. Just try different things and you will eventually find something that works.

Dear Sara. Constantly there is a medical recommendation ad for eyes which is agressive & negative in their presentation. This ad should be taken off so that we can practice your meditation in peace n tranquility. Trust you will be able to do this without difficulties. Thank you.🙏🏼

Thank you for the healing work offered freely. They are helpful for 12- step recovery meetings. Suggestion: different music 🎶 for these _please_? The cloyingly sweet/annoying piano music like a Hallmark movie made me stop trying these after a minute.

Every time im relaxing my hands shake. I know its a good sign but its really annoying. This helped me got a good cleansing of just sensations. I know its old meditation but its still helpful in a time of grief for me.

Usually I can’t lie still this long and think about my body parts, but today, I hurt more than usual, probably because of the fact it snowed here, and this helped me concentrate (mostly… lol!) on the different parts of my body that didn’t hurt. Thank you. I know I change my mind in sone of these mediations, because some parts distract me, but that’s my fault. This went well today. You asked for comments, so I piped up! I feel grateful. Life, right now, is far from calm or kind. I do this meditation sometimes twice a day, but at least once. The other one is Grounding and I am intrigued by the Nourishment series to follow. I love to use essential oils. There is a great book by Marc J. Gian, called Aromatherapy. He is an acupuncturist. I use some if the tips in this book before starting the meditation. F.i. a drop of vetiver, chamomile, lavender on the Kidney 1 point under both feet. Very calming to add to this calming meditation. On top of that there is always appropriate oil in the diffuser. Heavenly.

This practice has helped me with a feeling of heaviness and anxiety in my chest that I experience once in a while and that I don't know where it comes from. It puzzles me and exhausts me. Through this practice I can let it be. And go.

Not really big on female meditations, some of them make me more irritable but this one out of all the mindful movement meditations is by Far the best relaxing one I've tried so far ....I like to lay down completely flat no pillow with headphones an stare up back towards kinda behind me I guess makes my eyes want to stay more shut and puts me in a more relaxed state very helpful for me !!

The aim of meditation should not be "to relax". Once a guided meditation keeps mentioning relaxation and tension release it doesn't work for me! The approach should be if relaxation happens great if it doesn't also great. This takes the pressure off having to relax and getting tense if relaxation doesn't happen! This meditation is focused on "relaxing" and "letting go" so unfortunately is not for me.

Being a polyphasic sleeper, this meditation worked great during short waking rest cycles. Coupled with Earth grounding, I think I'll skip my morning coffee.
