Hi SarahBeth! I absolutely LOVE your videos!! I probably would have never gotten into doing yoga if it had not been for your videos...now I do it every day!! ("a few minutes on the mat" "time and practice" 🙂). I love the way you actually explain the movements and how they are supposed to feel--that helped me tremendously! I have one question: there are several poses I can't do due to "bad feet" (arthritis). Do you have any "foot yoga" videos?

I love to do your workouts. I fell and broke my foot so I had to modify the poses by not putting any pressure on my one foot. I was kind of able to do that with this workout. I felt so good and it taught me to be "calm in the chaos" as it's been so hard with crutches etc. Thank you for being here for us all!

Thank you so much for this, and all your short, slow yoga videos. I'm one of many ex-super fit people suffering with LongCOVID, so have gone from power yoga sessions, running, cycling and the like, to just about managing 15 minutes of slow yoga. Its been 3 months since I last exercised properly. Today was my first 20 minute session - yay! These short slow sessions are really helping with all the aches I'm getting from being so inactive, but also mentally loving time to move and feel that I still have working muscles, but without the strain, raised heart rate and breathlessness of harder session.
