Really enjoyed this format! Sometimes step classes can be intimidating because there are so many moves to remember and it goes so fast. These exercises were entertaining and effective, I’d love to see more. Thank you!

Love this because it got my heart pumping and I just finished an upper body progressive overload workout- perfect for lower body and cardio. Most importantly, easy to follow step work out. I don’t like the sophisticated choreography that sometimes accompanies step. I’d rather focus on the burn , than following choreography. Thank u Rachel and Cristina❤🎉

Please do more cardio workouts with weights, especially with the step! I only used 1 pound weights and I was sweating! Choreography has always been hard for me so that was a little tough but I was able to keep up!

I used to do step in the 90s and now I'm back. This workout was challenging but I was able to complete it with modifications. The instruction was superb!

Great class. I like the easy to follow movements. I do prefer staying to one side of the step/riser for balance purposes.

Stumbled across this video when searching up steppers workout with dumbbells. And I’m hooked. I’ve done it nearly every day now and it’s a nice 20 mins. Quick question if that’s ok; would you classify this as a HIIT workout? It certainly has my heart rate up.

Just one question - Does this help in reducing the tummy i do these 20 mins daily ? , I have a big tummy 😊, rest all body is normal. Only tummy is the area where i struggle. @@RCFitnessOfficial I didn't mean to upset u. But just understand that it's really frustrating when we are doing a move for 40 sec & suddenly a stupid add kicks in & I don't know how KZbin works . I workout with other trainers everyday & this never happens. Sorry for my frustrated comment but I'm sure u get it. Your video was great but I just had to let go😟❤️
