Love, love this video. I’m 73 and my doctor wanted to put me on a medication for osteopenia which has the possibility of severe side effects. So I refused. I already walk 5-6 miles a day and do free weights 4days a week. But I was told I needed some higher intensity aerobics. So I bought a step. I tried a couple videos that were specifically for seniors, but they were obviously for seniors who knew what they were doing. This was so simple to follow, I think I’ll do it a few more times and then try some of yours at a faster pace. Thanks, again.

Thank you so much for doing this. I really appreciate you breaking down the steps and showing how to do them. I am new to step and I think your channel is amazing.

Hey Melissa!! Thanks for joining me!! Have you seen my learn step aerobics Playlist? There are a ton of short tutorials teaching a bunch of moves at a slower pace

Hi Christina! I have been away from my step for weeks now, due to an awful viral infection, which affected my whole body and left me completely out of breath and energy, and unable to do anything - even walking was a real struggle. I am now beginning to recover, and have turned to you to help me regain my strength. This video (together with the slow pace and no risers on my step) is absolutely right for me, and it is not too long. Thank you for always being amazing, and I am sure I will soon be back doing my intermediate, faster step, very soon. 🥰xx

Love this! Just getting back to working out and this is the first one I’ve found that is just the right length, has excellent cues, and good doable energy. Thank you! New sub
