I’m embarrassed to admit this but my Reebok STEP basic stepper was covered in dust!! Now cleaned up and this workout finished. It’s been years since I’ve done a step routine and Rick’s queuing is excellent! I decided to join the GFWR program and am now on week 4 with the basics class. So today I did this step routine, week 4 workout 3, and cut the grass with a push mower. I am a sweaty mess but feel terrific! Thanks Rick!!

So, I am doing the Stepper Challenge and have added this 12 minute routine when I feel I can go a bit longer and want to burn a little more calories. Honestly, this 12 minute routine is a great challenge in and of itself. And I hope you do more step routines moving forward. They are fun and a great workout. #chasechallenging

Once again… LOVE your workouts! And I love step aerobics. It’s a testament to how much you’ve helped me get fitter that my now 299lbs butt (bye 300s!!) was able to keep,up, barely, with this workout.
