I'm doing these exercises in combination with those from Fraser Wilson, he's good too, style is the same just different moves. Try his 10 minute exercises, they're about level 2-3 in comparison to this video at level 4.

I've been doing this for past 1.5 months and have lost 7.5kgs.. I can really see the difference, I mixed this routine with another cardio and ab workout routines on some days! Great workout!!

Hey don’t feel bad or anything if this was too hard for you. I’m 5”9 150 in great shape and I could barely walk straight after finishing this, this is truly a challenge of endurance even for athletes

I agree I regularly doxjogging trice a week. I run for about 8km per session and do a bit of some muscle training. And yet. Its so exhausting to me.. 😢

You shouldn't go all out on this exercise as he's doing. Just practice only one count on each movement and practice until your body is prepared, before increasing the counts

I have been doing this and your other workouts 3 days a week for the past 10 months. This workout is so difficult i sometimes keep up with you and sometimes I don't, I think it's more than level 4.5. With your workout and some diet plan I have lost 13kgs in 8 months now my BMI is 22.2, Thank you!

​@@aayushacharya1616 I understand, i lost 3 kg in the first 4 weeks, but then my weight loss took longer time. At one point i was just stuck and i had to do some intermittent fasting to start losing weight again. There are two reasons which made my weight loss take longer time 1. I was not that overweight to start with, i was 83Kg and my BMI was 26.2. 2. I only worked out for 3-4 times a week, in the evening. With that in mind I am really proud of the achievement because I didn't put in a lot (as of today, back then it was a lot) effort. I made a small lifestyle change, i.e. after work I do some workout then i take a shower, I don't mind what time it is i just don't take shower if i don't do my workout, so the work out had to be brief, intense and motivating that is why I'm really thankful to Jordan's videos, they are just convenient for a lot of people and particularly for someone like me.

I wasn't able to maintain my form as good as Jordan did but I was able to complete the exercise albeit with a lot more pauses and lengthier breaks in between rounds. Going to get married in a month have a layer of fat around the belly that would burn in a week provided I religiously follow your cardio routine. Thank you for sharing! I actually do the program Monday - Friday and sometimes twice a day ..... it's to early to see results really but honestly it's a very good workout. First few days you might find this a bit harder but then it gets easier however that's the time you need to push .... go all out kn 30 seconds. I'll update in a month time 💪

Alright here's an update after 8 months following this excercise with little variation. I'm 5 '7 (171cm) weighing around 65kg, I was 72-74kg. I wasn't really overweight so i didn't loose drastic amount of it but other body parts like cheeks, neck, stomach has reduced plenty in size. What I'm doing different is, 2burpees & 2 climbers in the begining of 3rd set

I skipped through the exercises bcos I haven't trained with Jordan before and all I saw was 30 secs timers for each exercise so I thought it was a 30 on 30 off which I don't find challenging. And I read some comments about how tough it was and thought maybe you guys were just beginners. But I decided I'd do 40/20 of each to see how it goes. Only when I began did I realise it's 30/10. Different level. Excellent workout 🔥🔥

I've lose around 9kg from 85kg to 76kg in a month just by following your workout! 5x/week and maintaining the calories deficit. My height is 1.69cm Sometimes i took small amount of cheating meal just for motivate me more! Hopefully i can hit less than 70kg by december ✌

Day 1 out of 30.. 141 pounds. i did those without any of the “1-2 min breaks” and was wondering why it was hard , this is the best workout i’ve seen so far i’ve never sweated this hard. keeping in mind i could only do 60-75% of this successfully . Day 1:✅

@Harry Beaver unless you weight like a feather. No one lands without noise. Floors will creak, etc etc. Not everyone lives on concrete floors. Not sure abt you,but I respect my neighbors and family members to not make too much noise of out respect.

Doing these for the last 4 months at least 2 times a week, some of Fraser Wilson's exercises in 3 other days of the week. Seeing marked improvement in my stamina and I'm ready for Level 5! ;D

Wow!! I am sweating hard and freakin tired.. although I am beginner and took exercising 20 min daily as my morning ritual no matter what made me to complete this high intense workout fully with easier alternatives. My core strength has definitely increased and i know longer feel lazy this year. I wish you all 2020 will be your best your fitness journey. Forget your goal and just focus on your daily process. Thanks Jordan..

oh my god, i was level 3 keeping up with this level and i decided to try level 4 for the first time. it was very very difficult i had to modify some exercises in order to finish the workout but overall it was diffiicult for me. i think i will return to level 3 again :) thanks Jordan for these amazing workouts, you really changed my life !!

Hey brother, thanks for this great workout..before march i used to weigh around 108 kg but during these 4 months of lockdown i did this workout, coupled with your abs circuit and BOOM!!! Now i have reduced my weight to around 95 kilos and still going strong!!!! Much thanks to you Jordan... 😁

Pandemic is gonna end (i think) realises i am fat does this exercises sweat is raining in my body...... "Congratulation. Your Workout is Complete" sees that ive only finished 1st rep feeling good
