This is a 20 minute flow that helps you prep for the fun arm balance hummingbird. You need open hips and spine to get into this pose, so we spend some time twisting and creating space in your hips and back to prepare your body. Even if you're not quite yet there, you can do this flow as a way to prep and work on your hummingbird.
I've also heard this pose being called dragonfly.
