This is a 20 minute yoga class designed to let you be in your body and get out of your head a bit. There's a lot going on all around us, and some days I just need to move and breathe and not think. We move a little faster in this flow, but as always feel free to find your own pace. This class was filmed at Waipuilani Park in Maui, Hawaii.

Great class really enjoy the flow. Questions for you Helen, Is it better to do weight training first then yoga or yoga first then weight training? I like to do them both in the morning.

So glad you enjoyed it! I would say whatever feels best for you. I would personally probably weight train first then do yoga so I could stretch everything out, but either one is great!
