Your range as a yoga instructor from soothing to challenging is incredible. Your reminders to be gentle versus when to push through (thinking about your ab workouts) are always perfectly timed. Thank you for being the guiding voice so many of us lack when it comes to our bodies.

I am new to back pain, due to injury. I tried this for the first time 4 days ago. The first day, I totally was dying. Sweating. Panting even. It just took so much out of me. The second day? Same. Then day 3, no problems. Barely raised my heart rate because mentally my mind was elsewhere. Day 4 and I not only am in a good headspace, but I can also do everything WITHOUT feeling like I'm dying and I feel the muscle of my low back loosening. It's great. I have an OmStars subscription but I never use it because it is so hard to find anything. The navigation sucks, but here I can find exactly what I want at a level and time frame that fits my needs no problem. I find this session to be helpful at relieving my low back discomfort (I am the recent owner of some herniated discs, due to car accident.) It is gentle enough for me to do but also at a pace that will get my heart rate up little bit. Bonus! Thank you Kino. I really thought you ONLY did Ashtanga stuff. I am glad to find out other wise.

It depends on what the cause of the pain is. You can always modify the poses to accommodate your body’s needs

I have back issues. There are certain things that I’m very hesitant to try but I’m going to try and get over my fear and gently move into doing this. There’s no structural damage according to the docs So i’m sure my PT will be fine with this. PT is canceled bc coronavirus.

I suffer from back pain, I fractured my T12 on my vertebrae would this help that? Cause there not to much I can do as far as exercise

I really liked the class but it was hard to get into a yoga mode when I got around 4-5 commercial breaks during the entire practice. Anyone else had that issue? Mmm breath in, breath out... Superloud commercial that you either have to let play and try to stay in the now despite all that noise for way too long, or get out of the pose and press skip ad after a couple of seconds..
