I have COVID. This was just on the edge of being too hard after having COVID for a week and not moving, but it felt so good to move my body again. Thank you for this ground practice.

I'm recovering from the flu and my body is so stiff and sore. This flow was exactly what I needed. It's not too intense, yet stretched me out and got my blood flowing after spending a few days in bed. Thanks, Cat!

Love this! When you're sick but not too sick to stay in bed! Sometimes I feel like i wake up all stuffy and ill and just need to shake some of it off! great video Cat xx

Major stomach flu last week and just haven’t felt recovered yet. I was sick of laying in bed and this made me feel much better, thanks! Ready to tackle work tomorrow..

Thanks for this practice. I have my first cold since Covid started almost 3 years ago. This was perfect. Nothing to strenuous, but it got me moving in a positive way. ❤

I abandoned doing yoga and started going to the gym, but today I feel sick, and after this yoga sequence I realised that no gym workout gives me such a great feeling as I feel after doing yoga. Thanks! I`m feeling better after it, and defenitely will do yoga couple times a week

im currently off school with COVID for the 2nd time. I love yoga so i thought i would give this a try after my meltdown as i was feeling super under the weather. My arms are feeling super stiff but im feeling much more open and relaxed. Thankyou so much :)

I have a mild cold and dizziness. I was able to do this in bed. Now I feel relaxed and I hope I can sleep well and heal tonight. ❤️

Just did this after a hard day at work . Ended up in lots of pain in my back and neck this really helped me stretch out those muscles. Thankyou

Thanks for this routine, it was just what I was looking for! Most other yoga videos for when you’re sick just basically have you lying there, but I need to stretch! I did have to add some extra poses to stretch my quads and legs cause I just have tight muscles despite still being flexible, but overall, good routine.

Thank you for this flow. Suffering a miserable cold all week and found some flows not too pleasant with aches and a very runny nose. Did not need my hankies this time nor got frustrated because I could not do my yoga breathing. 😊🤧.
