Yoga hip and psoas stretch flow to help release emotional blockages, increase hip flexibility and mobility, ease sciatic pain and muscular tension. All levels are welcome, no need for yoga props but yoga blocks may be helpful for those who are more beginner yogis. We'll be practising yoga poses like runners lunge, low lunge, pigeon pose and many more.
