Yoga hip and psoas stretch flow to help release emotional blockages, increase hip flexibility and mobility, ease sciatic pain and muscular tension. All levels are welcome, no need for yoga props but yoga blocks may be helpful for those who are more beginner yogis. We'll be practising yoga poses like runners lunge, low lunge, pigeon pose and many more.

Just what my body needed this morning! Found I was able to go deeper into pigeon then I have been able to in the past! Also, liked deer pose... didn’t know that pose! Thanks Candace!

It really is surprising what arises when we get on the mat, all the distractions around us offer a sense of disconnect with the body and how it's feeling. I'm really glad you discovered what was needed for your at that time. Sending love 😊🙏

Oooo that is hot, Petra, a steamy practice would most definitely be tough, we have hot weather here in England too, 31+ and humid. So glad this class was just right 😊🙏

@@YogaCandi wow! It isn't usual for you to have these temperatures, here in the south of France, every summer, we have a weather hot and dry. Then in autumn, we have heavy rain with sometimes floods...a subtropical weather.

I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and would love to do this routine. Would you say it's pregnancy safe as long as one modified when needed and didn't stretch too far?

Hey Yolanda, if you know how to modify then sure go ahead and do this class it'll be a beautiful one for pregnancy aches and pains. Just make sure you allow space for your belly by sitting up taller in pigeon and deer pose and hold back a little on stretches then all should be well. 😉🙏
