Maybe this is the one I should be committing to for 40 days. 😊 I am definitely someone who needs more kriyas for body health. I am looking forward to speaking with you. ❤

@YogaVisionOnline I appreciate this video so much. Thank you for it. I have just a question, I find it incredibly interesting that you read the dialog of self love from Alice in Wonderland. How do you think is self love related to inflammation? Would be very grateful for an answer.
@YogaVisionOnline4 ай бұрын
Rejection of self or shame are the roots of stress and inflammation. ❤️ but more importantly how does that idea of self love resonate with you in the context of inflammation?
@cocoparisien67374 ай бұрын
@YogaVisionOnline Thank you for your answer! I have to admit it hit me hard, to realize that all these year with the off on relationship with inflammation comes probably from my poor selfcare or moreover inner battle against myself.

@YogaVisionOnline11 ай бұрын
Interesting. What did you notice in your body and mind as you practiced?
@irenaandersen96211 ай бұрын
@@YogaVisionOnline. The movements were deeply touching because you provided visual guidance on the connectedness between the achilles tendon, the sciatica nerve, reproductive organs and the brain. When you mentioned that this is the life nerve, it hit me. I could truly feel the connection (since I experienced pain in the sciatica nerve this summer and had a rupture of achilles tendon five years ago.) I felt I will never (fully) heal. But after doing this kriya, I felt that healing is possible and that healing was in fact already there. The "cherry on top' was your Alice in Wonderland text, that touched my heart.

@@YogaVisionOnline it does! i was in great deal of pain from inflammation with my ankle and I have done this twice and I am already at least 50% better. It made me extremely emotional the first time so I did the full session in floods of tears for some reason. So is this something I need to do 40days in a row for full effect? Also I live in the UK, any chance of an online conversation with you? Many thanks

This is a lovely practice, but the Alice and Wonderland reading is not from the book or by Lewis Carroll. Instead, I believe, it is the work of a fan fiction writer. The sentiment of the excerpt is still relevant and useful, I just wanted to set that misunderstanding straight.

Yoga is more about intention than perfection. It’s actually an opportunity to release how things are “supposed” to be and rather be the truth of who we are - perfectly imperfect.
