I am drunk but from personal experience I created my own misery by being shy and hoping one day that one beautiful girl would ask me out but at the age of 29 I now realize I have to go for it or I’ll never have it. Sound advice. I found that any ambiguity meant that she wasn’t interested, so if you’re asking yourself if she’s interested or not, she’s not interested. The minute things feel off, move on to the next one. There are plenty of fish in the sea and plenty of down to earth women who won’t mess you about. If you feel slighted, take the hit, your ego will recover, and move on quickly. It’s a sign that pursuit is going to be a waste of time, you wouldn’t stay on a plane at the beginning of a flight if parts of it started falling off, would you? Think long game, there are plenty of good options out there.

I had a female friend who I only thought of as a friend. She's pretty but I never thought of her that way. I went out of state to college occasionally talked to her but about 3 years later she would text and it was always abt relationships. Turns out she thought she had me in the friend zone and thought I would date her when she "was ready" for it. Nope, never did and haven't heard from her since. This was also b4 third wave feminism infested society and was normal to have female friends. Unfortunately now, me just being friendly to women leads to them jumping to the conclusion that I want to get into their pants. Naw, just trying to be nice and polite. I'm sooo sick and tired of being viewed as some type of sexually depressed monster. Plus in order to date these women I would have lower my standards so far that I'd have to get a shovel and dig 15 meters down.

Stumbled over this and ended up watching because maybe I can figure out what the guy I like is really thinking; I'll say it's true when we start mentioning another guy that we're interested in, that that's a real clear sign we see you as a friend. Something women are being taught nowadays is "leaning back" and "female energy" so we are so scared of "messing it up/putting the guy off" that we leave our guy to initiate all the conversation and asking out, we suppress our wanting to contact our guy for fear of looking needy. But we do respond if we're interested. Some dating advice says wait at least 4 minutes, some say longer, to avoid looking too eager because that apparently puts men off. Sometimes women don't know what to do either... thanks for hearing me out I know this is a channel for men

I remember over a year ago, I started watching videos. I elaborated on where I was and stuff. A little over a year later, my divorce is pending a hearing, and I went out on my first date since my split. The date was fun and we had a good time, but I got placed in the friendzone. I got told I was a sweet, respectful guy who acted like a gentleman. I was also told she felt no connection with me. But hey, I had the willingness to place my ass out there (a positive). Sometimes gotta screw up to get good at something.

Hey there Anna. I can't say for certain but I think some of your positive and sensible advice has helped me realise what I already have . Talking about problems we appear to have and then getting our mortality shoved in our faces has brought out communication empathy and showing of affection I thought was lost. It helps to remind myself that I'm not the only one she loves ... grandkids etc...and that we both are quite similar in many ways. Best Wishes always from Jeff the Stubborn Australian

If she wasn't interested she would NOT send anything to let me know. Also, the convo we were having, she sent a voicenote saying if i noticed she was quiet all week and she gave explanations. Listen, known each other or over 10yrs and we don't talk much, it's just VERY RECENTLY she has started to communicate say every 2 days, so it wasn't any deal to me. It is now very obvious her interest is increasing.

So I thank her for her honesty n said I must then continue my search for that special someone n look into moving away from my city to another city. She text me back saying “dammit see it does change things” I told her for me it changes things but not for you, I can’t be living a lie or think something will happen. She texted me back “ How do you think I feel now” I told her you have no reason to feel sad or hurt, if anyone is sad or hurt it is me n it did sting a little bit hearing the truth but I felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. I had to cut the cord before it got worst then I texted Happy Mother’s Day

I prefer the direct approach even though it might hurt at first .... it’s best I never stay friends with someone that has more feelings than friendship be cause it a narcissistic thing to do !treat people the way you want to be treated ... in the long run having someone hanging around for months or years as you bread crumb them along for your own ego isn’t fair ... its a lot worse than just being honest and saying I only am interested in you as a friend.... and NEVER EVER use someone feelings .... taking advantage of someone because your bored ... or need someone to vent to or using someone for money is a very sick narcissistic personality... that is why some people get stalked or worse killed by people they lead on by someone who really was just using them.... it’s bad karma and just not nice or classy to be such a jerk... Don’t use people... be fair be honest be direct!

Hi Anna!! Great videos. Whenever I pick up my girlfriend for a date, I always wear speedos. My girlfriend always compliments me on my style; however, after watching your videos I am now beginning to wonder if she is being honest. Lat week, when I picked her up to go to the movies in my best neon speedos, she seemed a bit uncomfortable. While we were waiting on line to purchase our tickets, she kept pretending that we weren't together. Throughout the movie she kept signaling to people that she didn't know me. Anna, do you think she really likes when I wear speedos on our dates or was she just pretending? Please respond immediately as I am going to wear speedos when I meet her family. Before your videos, I was too shy to wear speedos. Your videos have really changed my life.

Anna, as usual your discussion points are on the mark. A few observations: 1. most of the indicators are also applicable when we are assessing the level of interest that any person including a potential employer, investor, customer, acquaintance, co-worker, etc. has in taking the relationship any further; 2. the indicators that especially apply to a potential love interest who is avoiding intimacy are: a) she doesn't post pictures of you together on social media; b) she doesn't want to be seen with you in public; and I would add c) she has no interest in showing you off to her friends; 3. agreed that often she is trying to brush you off without hurting your feelings but I would add that often she IS trying to hurt your feelings but without looking like too much of a bitch. She may want to make sure you get the point or she may want to punish you for having the unmitigated chutzpah to keep bothering her when she believes that it is obvious that she is above your class; 4. sometimes especially in light of the contemporary hookup culture, she will do many or all of the negative signs to indicate that she does not want you as a boyfriend, lover, husband because she senses you have serious intentions. BUT she might just want to hook up with you for a no strings attached fling especially if she is holding on to a guy she has long term plans for. Often she is pretty sure the guy will cling to her even if he finds out she cheats on him. This actually happened to me a number of times where a woman I was interested in pushed me away as long as I demonstrated intention for a serious relationship, but when I let go of that, she pursued me to have an affair with. One day I was walking along South St. In Philly an who do I bump into but a chick who had just had a screaming romp at my place a couple of afternoons before. I went right up to her and gave her a big hug before she could take evasive action, made me introduce her to the fiancée, and gave him a firm handshake. You should have seen the look on their faces. Wish I had taken a selfie with the two of them, but there was no Facebook or Instagram back then. Boy was I glad I wasn't in that simps shoes, and he seemed like an otherwise nice guy. Who'd a thunk? By the way, Anna you look particularly alluring in this video.

There are the ones who only have time for me as a friend and I treat them the same. There are those who are really into me and I treat them like that in return. Basically I use the MAD option.
