No questions, just thanks for sharing. It will be good to see what it generates day by day.

@SolarEngineering May I ask if the APSmart RSD of each panel also handle issues like arc-fault and ground-fault protection, and if not, what do you use in these cases for an off-grid installation? Same question for grounding the solar panels... do you ground the rooftop solar panels (and conduit) just to the ground of the house main panel, or do you also use the ground screw of the ecoflow DPU also to the ground of the main panel? I think Ecoflow recommends only to use the DPU ground screw on commercial installs. Great job BTW on all your videos. You provide information that no other DIY solar install channel has.

Seems like they might need some more batteries to take advantage of all that power generation.

Planning to DIY 10 400w full black solar panels on a bitumen soft shingles roof. What racking system would you recommend for someone who has never done it before? Ironridge Flashfoot or smth else?
@SolarEngineering5 ай бұрын
yes, IronRidge flashfoot2 + xr10/100

@SolarEngineering thanks! Do You use SolarRidge's software for planning the roof and components?
@SolarEngineering5 ай бұрын
no, as installer I have all parts in stock and use as I need.

@SolarEngineering too bad you are not Kyiv. :) No proper systems here nor expertise
