Mate you probably don't live that far from me and its an absolute pleasure watching your videos. You really have a talent in presenting and keeping people engaged and i would suggest that you maybe make videos on other topics, celtic history for example. Having a talent for presenting is not as easy as some might think and you're genuinely better than most i see on our local shows.

If we're including a body wash, I'd add a bottle of Perspirex or Driclor to this list. They're super-strength antiperspirants, and the strongest version of Perspirex can protect you from sweat (and thus stinkiness) for 4-5 days. You also don't have to apply it every day. So if you're in a limited-washing scenario, a little bottle of Perspirex really helps. It's only £10-ish for a bottle and they barely weigh anything.

LED string lights have come in very useful for me or should I say my friend while camping at The Bushmoot. I have a string of blue LEDs that I've rigged up with a joule thief circuit. They'll run for 2 solid weeks on a pair of AA batteries in parallel with no drop in brightness. I hung them up over the entrance way to my mate's tent so the big lummox could find his way in at night regardless of how much he'd had to drink.
@Hixie1015 күн бұрын
I just want to say the LED string lights do have a small useful function. At night if you've had to leave your tent for whatever reason (walk, toilet, get water) you might not know the exact location of your tent, instead of just walking towards the vicinity of your tent, you can use the remote to turn on the lights and you'll know exactly where your tent is. Not vital, but something i do every time now.

Be aware that some people may not appreciate the multi-coloured lights. Not a problem if you wild camp somewhere by yourself, but if you're camping around other people, or on official camp sites, make sire it's ok with them. I wanted to get some, but I mainly camp in Quebec's national parks and "ambiance lights" are forbidden on all camp sites.

The most important bit of kit to take camping, Hiking, Mountain Biking or even Kayaking and you forgot to give us a link. I'll have to now go and search for it myself. oh the hassle of that too. As I will no doubt end up looking a some really random stuff and my make an involuntary purchase whilst in shits and giggles mode.
