We head Offshore in search of GIANT Red Grouper. Fishing out of Marco Island, Florida we fish wrecks, reefs, hard bottom, ledges and grouper potholes in search of our Dinner! then we head back to the dock to filet/clean it and then i cook it up for you! Delicious!!

Looks like a fun day out there! Just an FYI if you are venting you want to vent behind the pectoral fin where the swim bladder is, not the underside of the fish. At 21:00 I can hear someone in the back saying "make sure you are doing it near the end of the pectoral fin", likely referring to venting. Brendan- Enjoy your videos. But you really should to take care to vent fish properly. Insert vent tool with it angled forward at end of pectoral fin and let air escape before removing toll. Keep the videos coming.
