Best protein French toast pancakes recipe: Macros: 4.6g carbs, .7g fat, 40g protein, 183cal. 10g King Arthur Keto Wheat flour 30g isopure unflavored protein powder 20g egg whites 60g zero fat Greek yogurt Pinch of cinnamon, tsp of baking powder, tsp of xanthan gum, tsp butter flavored extract, 1 and 1/2tsp of French toast flavored Jordan’s skinny syrup, pinch of brown sugar monk fruit. Mix it all together and add a little water until batter consistency is achieved. Cook into 3 pancakes over low/medium heat.
