Great video! I love this concept of emotional intelligence by Daniel Goleman and I must say it has been a life changer for me. Ever since I started working on my own emotional intelligence level I quickly understood that it’s an investment. I think this book should be taught at schools

Amazing video! I am actually gobsmacked by how obvious and simple it is! Not many people have their life to go like clockwork and sometimes it even leaves much to be desired. They can't get a grip on themselves and get over their difficulties. With hindsight, they wish things had turned out differently. They feel bewildered and overwhelmed throwing themselves into ruminations and regrets and this is a recipe for disaster. Instead of digging themselves they should watch more of such inspiring videos and get themselves back to ecstatic and uplifting life.

12. goes from( The experience) you can’t control. 1st you access your belief system aka thought process. Where have I seen this before and how did I handle it. 2.Internalize. We internalize things and it becomes personal and frustrating. You don’t have to internalize things. 4. Feeling which need to be trained thoughts and responses. Skills 6. Emotions this is where the trouble begins. Stay out of emotion. Emotion is always connected to behavior. No one can cause a emotion in you… 9. Is behavior. This is where things happen you can’t change or say something you can’t take back. The red and blue lights come on. Cost money. Stay out of emotion look for the root cause of low level of anger. Separate the person from the problem and focus on the problem. When you get upset you lose 80% of your cognitive abilities and skills.

Hi, I watched one of your videos in another channel and u discuss 5 favorite books. You say Emotional Intellegence as one of them but you have "Working with Emotional Intellegence" as the book cover example. So, two different books. Which book were you intending to review? Thanks, Eric

Hey Eric - the book is Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman
