'1/4" screw' is not big enough for the coolant overflow line. 5/16"-1/2". I don't remember which one fit it.

Put thread lockers, i found mine completely loosened from all the vibrations.

said and done. only thing you didnt show is the fact that the bolts for the combination valve are upside down, really hard to get to.
