I have an '08 Pathfinder, this was an awesome tutorial. Don't forget to use some anti-seize grease on those bolts, much easier to change the brakes the next time around.

Easiest to follow video for this job by far! Awesome, thank you brother. I'm in Australia and did the front rotors and pads on my Navara (you guys call it a Frontier over there). This video made it super easy.

I really hope it was ur truck. This is one of those supposedly how to videos. It should be called what not to do. Long list of things done that are a no-no...But thanks for the video. There is always something to learn.

Don't forget to replace the hardware and grease the pad slides and caliper pins, people :) Also there are 2 brake pad springs that are suppose to be installed on the pads.

Thank you for making this so much peace of mind to do my brakes ,should you bleed the brakes also,I know you said just pump the brakes when down off the Jack, or is bleeding the brakes old school from years ago, I greatly appreciate your support and help 👊👊🍺🍻
@suantytommyphou6536 Жыл бұрын
You only bleed the brakes if you change the caliper or remove the brake line completely

make sure you check the level of the brake fluid as well as do not stress the brake line like that set that caliper on something and use both hands

Quick question is the front breaks the same as the back? and also is the 2005 Nissan Pathfinder the same as a 2006?
@elonsus97475 жыл бұрын
Chris Hecker They are the same through 2005-2012. The V8 may have different brakes though.

I hope you're not really a mechanic. I'm a Class A licensed mechanic and I was taight not to do what you've done here. Bad habits.
